After having 2 complete hip replacements in 2014, by the time May, 2015 came along, I was slowly recovering and felt ready to embark upon a programme of improved fitness. Billy has been exemplary. In the early days of engaging with him, I was very inflexible as a result of the major surgery and Billy slowly and to his credit very patiently worked with me gradually building my confidence and in turn my flexibility, strength & fitness. Prior to my hip ailments, I’d been a regular high impact runner so was very new to low impact exercise and completely new to upper body strength building exercises.
